I have seen you play twice at the Jazz Haus in Lawrence KS. YOU NEED TO COME BACK. Also If your interested there is a bar called the Tripple Tree in Kansas City. My wife runs the place. Every Sat. night is a scheduled live blues/rock band. It is a very clean place with a large crowd. The owner is very picky about who plays there and The BelAirs are exactly what he likes. Let me Know if you would like more info., or if you would like me to show him your music with a possibility of a date. What ever, keep it up you the best live show I have ever seen in a club.

I ran into Dave recently in his neighborhood and introduced him to my grandson, Joseph, who is his neighbor. I told Dave I have listened to that Hoo Doo CD constantly since I got it and move it with me from my car to my stereo at home. I DJ some in my old age and hope to plug your music every chance I get.....greaaaat stuff!!

I'm pretty surprised at this, but pleased, since this only a few miles down the road from me and only a wide spot in the road. We just saw Forrest Rose (Hellband) up here at the Tractor Tavern and thought would'nt it be grand if the Belairs could come up here and play, my sister from LA would even fly in for the show cause we know how much fun you guys are. You guys have been my favorite group since the first time I heard the band!!! NOW that was in the '80's at the Blue Note in Columbia opening for the Morrels - their anniversary party, I think. Listened to you whenever the group played at the Mother Lode and Lindburghs in Springfield, MO. Dale Crain used to draw posters that stated when and where the Bel Airs were playing in Springfield, MO. Then we'd go all over town put them up to make sure you guys had exposure when you were there. Then listened to you many times at the Kitchen Pass (KP) in Joplin, MO and a few different places in Tulsa, OK (Most recently playing at Steamroller Blues in Tulsa). We really miss seeing you guys and desperately want to find a place in Tulsa that would be big enough, and provide enough of a crowd that would make it worth your while to travel here. Keep on rockin the blues, guys! We love you!!!!!!! P.S. Whatever happened to the Morrels anyway?

Great to catch your act again over Thanksgiving weekend at the Grand Emporium. You guys were able to shake off the usual post-Thanksgiving tryptophan hangover to once again put on a show worthy of the strange and wonderful GE crowd. I am a veteran of shows in Lawrence and KC since the mid 80's. Since you guys played at our wedding in '96 we've had two boys and named them Dick and Dave. Just kidding. Keep it up for another couple of decades.

Caught the Oct.14th show at Off Broadway. Got the deal of a life-time, Johnnie Johnson & Henry Clay showed up as surprise guest. You guy's threw down like there was no tomorrow, just what us St.Louisans like. Keep the house groovy-hop-hop rocken! :)

I´m from Spain and I studied in St. Louis, MO for about 2 years. I saw the Bel Airs at Off Broadway 3 times and once at the St. Louis Heritage Blues Festival in August ´96. I have seen lots of bands since then -States, Europe- and I have to say that very few of them can match the Bel Airs when it comes to playing live. Although 4 years have passed since I last saw them I can still remember their shows as the best I´ve been to. Don´t miss them if they´re playing near you. One little question for Pruitt Bros.:I´ve read you´ll be playing in France, do you know the place and date? have you ever thought of coming to Spain when you are in France?

I saw the Bel Airs at B.L.U.E.S in Chicago on July 4th and I must say, what a great time. The band is infectious and I left the club amazed at their abilities, their sound, their enthusiasm and their personal interactions with the crowd. I bought their latest CD and it is great. I am back in Maryland now and would love to see them come out my way. Hope to see them again soon and hope to expand my cd library with their other 3 cds very soon. If you want to hear 3 groovy white guys play some of the best dirty ole' blues music you have ever heard, you have got to see them. Dan G.

Drove 4 hours, met up with my aunt who flew in from Austin TX....all for the Belairs at the Zoo in Lincoln NE!! And is it ever worth it. As always, we danced the night away. Caught your show yesterday at Summerfest in Milwaukee...a nearly two hour set, performed in the scorching sun, that was perfectly kickass from beginning to end. Particularly enjoyed the old Charlie Rich tune, "Mohair Sam" and your version of the Arthur Alexander song, "Tell It Like It Is", which brought back memories of Miami in the early sixties (Little Steve Alaimo covered it back then).
